I am so sorry to say that if you didn't get it or not even an inkling as to "it", then I am even more sorry to say that you most certainly are not alone. By all means I would most assuredly recommend then that you try a Skype call to Mr W who would be all too pleased that you called and he would try to guide you to the nirvana point which is, contrary to a very common opinion and possibly your own view, most certainly accessible right here and right now.
